Jacek Pasturak
President of the management board
With over 25 years of professional experience in the Polish and international plastics market, he has held various leadership roles, including as GM, CEO and Board Member, where he was responsible for the financial performance of a manufacturing company and the development of its strategic direction.
In his role as Sales Director, he managed the sales and procurement departments, demonstrating expertise in negotiating complex contracts and securing high-value deals. He successfully acquired and established relationships with key clients in Western Europe, introduced foreign suppliers to the Polish market, and expanded export activities for a Polish company.
His leadership was instrumental in securing a foreign industry investor for a manufacturing company and in overseeing the restructuring of its production facility. He consistently motivated and inspired teams to achieve corporate goals, while implementing corporate standards and cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency. His experience within an international capital group, coupled with a strong understanding of cultural differences, enabled him to navigate diverse business environments effectively. His commitment to high ethical standards and adherence to operational principles has consistently led to successful outcomes achieved in collaboration with his teams.
